Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Sales Specialist located in Dubai. The role involves promoting and selling the company's landscaping and design services to potential clients, building relationships with architects, designers, and contractors, and identifying new opportunities to expand the client base. The specialist will also manage sales processes, meet client needs, and ensure successful project execution in coordination with design and construction teams.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including client relationship building and meeting sales targets
  • Knowledge and experience in Interior Design and Furniture, with an understanding of aesthetic principles
  • Familiarity with Building Materials and the ability to provide consultative advice on product selection
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience in landscaping or construction industries is an advantage
