About the role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and ensuring our products deliver seamless interaction and visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and translate findings into effective design solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital products.
  • Create and maintain design system components such as buttons, icons, menus, color palettes, and typography to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Optimize designs based on usability testing and feedback.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Figma is required.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
