Salasa is seeking an ambitious and creative 
Content Marketing Assistant
 to join our team, helping us execute our content strategy and boost brand awareness. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who have a strong passion for storytelling, creative writing, and a foundational understanding of digital marketing principles. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation Support:
     Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting compelling content, including blog posts, articles, social media captions, and email campaign copy.
  • Content Management:
     Help organize and upload content onto various Content Management Systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
     Work on applying basic SEO principles (such as keywords and titles) to content to improve organic visibility.
  • Publishing and Distribution:
     Assist in scheduling and publishing content across various marketing channels.
  • Team Support:
     Collaborate with the Marketing team and other internal departments to ensure content aligns with overall campaigns and company objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring:
     Help track and monitor key content performance metrics (e.g., engagement, traffic) and prepare simple reports.
  • Proofreading:
     Ensure all published materials are free of grammatical and spelling errors and adhere to the Salasa brand voice and tone (in both English and Arabic).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arabic Language, Media, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of practical experience
     in copywriting, digital marketing, or a similar role (experience may include internships or academic projects).
  • Strong and excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both 
    Arabic and English
    .
  • A passion for storytelling and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging and digestible content.
  • Basic familiarity with SEO concepts and major social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new trends in marketing and content.
