We are looking for a
Performance and Quality Indicators Expert
to join our team and support strategic programs through strong analytical capabilities, performance tracking, and quality management. This role plays a key part in ensuring that projects meet defined objectives and adhere to best practice standards, particularly within the Saudi Arabian public sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage performance indicators to evaluate project and organizational effectiveness.
  • Analyze project performance data and provide insights to improve delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Lead activities related to designing and managing performance measurement systems.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure quality frameworks and standards are consistently applied.
  • Conduct assessments, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Prepare periodic performance and quality reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent field
    .

Required Experience

  • Practical experience in Saudi Arabia
    , with direct involvement in performance and quality processes.
  • Experience in
    designing and managing performance measurement systems
    and evaluating project outcomes.
  • 5 years of relevant experience
    in similar roles.
