Job Description — 3D Artist / Motion Designer / Unreal Engine Specialist

Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D & Motion Designer with strong Unreal Engine experience to join our creative and immersive media team. The ideal candidate will develop high-quality visual content, immersive real-time 3D experiences, and motion graphics for events, installations, advertising, and digital experiences.

You will work closely with our creative, production, and engineering teams to bring visionary concepts to life and push the boundaries of immersive content.

Key Responsibilities


• Design and produce 3D assets, environments, and animations


• Build real-time immersive experiences using Unreal Engine


• Create motion graphics, VFX, and cinematic animations


• Engineer lighting, shading, and rendering pipelines


• Optimize assets for real-time performance (LOD, texture baking, shaders)


• Collaborate with creative directors and developers on project concepts


• Participate in storytelling, storyboard & animatics creation


• Support interactive projects and integration with hardware setups (LiDAR, sensors, touch walls, immersive screens, projection mapping, etc.)

• Strong experience with Unreal Engine (Niagara, Sequencer, Blueprints

• Solid motion design & After Effects / Premiere / DaVinc
