About The Role
Are you a visionary aerospace engineer ready to push the boundaries of aviation, where your technical expertise will directly shape the future of safe, efficient, and innovative flight operations?

This critical role will be responsible for enhancing safety and improving aircraft operations by providing relevant support to RX flight crew and flight operations personnel in terms of takeoff, enroute & landing performance, documentation (such as Minimum Equipment List), weight and balance, airport suitability checks, aircraft evaluation, testing and acceptance of new aircraft, etc.

You will lead a team who will evaluate, assess and validate aircraft performance data of new and existing aircraft types, issue technical operational data and ensure flight crews use up-to-date data for take-off, enroute and landing.

You'll be at the forefront of aviation innovation, conducting sophisticated risk assessments for specialised operations like Polar flights, ETOPS, RVSM, and RNP-AR procedures that define the leading edge of modern aerospace technology.

Further, your responsibility includes conducting take-off and landing analysis and optimising performance limited weights at every airport across our network.

Critically, you must assess and conduct performance calculations for planned new routes, whilst managing airport database updates regularly and administering performance loads in all EFB platforms.

Your technical judgment will guide decisions on special operations, new aircraft acceptance, and advanced procedures that push the boundaries of what our fleet can safely accomplish.

About You
Degree qualified, you are expected to demonstrate a minimum of10 years of experience within an airline flight operations environment in a similar role.

Naturally, you will possess a strong background on a performance tool such as FlySmart, OPT, PET, PEP, BCOP, etc.
