Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Human Resources Coordinator. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including managing employee relations, administering benefits, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and assisting in overall HR management. The coordinator will play a key role in facilitating communication between management and employees, maintaining accurate employee records, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR management and foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Experience in employee relations and handling workplace issues effectively
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and ability to manage employee benefit programs
  • Understanding and application of HR policies and compliance requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
