JASARA PMC is looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Control Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the project control processes across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices
  • Develop and maintain project controls documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports
  • Monitor project performance and progress, identifying any discrepancies and implementing corrective actions when necessary
  • Oversee the management of project risks and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and reporting
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members in their development within project controls
  • Prepare comprehensive analysis and reports for senior management and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in project controls, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience with project controls software, particularly Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in risk management and cost estimation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
