Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, located in Jeddah. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including cost control, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), managing cost planning and cost reporting, and ensuring accurate cost management of construction projects. The role involves close interaction with project teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
  • Experience with preparing and interpreting Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Skills in Cost Reporting and managing overall project financials
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Ability to work independently and with project teams on-site in Jeddah
  • Extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly within the GCC region, is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
