Role Overview
We seek a qualified and driven
Project Control Manager
to join our expanding team. This role involves working across key infrastructure projects, ensuring high standards in delivery, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor the project schedule, ensuring adherence to planned timelines.
- Manage project costs and monitor expenditures against the approved budget.
- Analyze project performance and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Identify and manage risks and deviations from the plan, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Supervise the Project Control team (Planning, Cost Control, and Reporting).
- Coordinate with various departments (Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Finance) to ensure alignment of project plans.
- Develop and enhance systems and tools used to track and evaluate project performance.
