Role Objective:

To lead and execute the company's operations across multiple e-commerce platforms, from launch to performance management, ensuring an excellent customer experience and sustainable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle the technical activation and integration of online stores by launching and connecting them to target platforms through Feeds or APIs, ensuring continuous and automated data updates.
  2. Manage the product catalog by creating and optimizing titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and specifications to enhance visibility and conversion rates according to each platform's requirements.
  3. Oversee pricing and promotions by updating prices, preparing discounts and marketing campaigns, and considering each platform's commission and fee structures.
  4. Monitor inventory and order synchronization to minimize stockouts, and manage orders, cancellations, and returns in accordance with platform policies.
  5. Prepare weekly reports and analyses covering total sales, net revenue after fees, conversion rates, and cancellation/return ratios, along with practical recommendations for performance improvement.
  6. Execute and track in-platform advertising campaigns (such as Amazon Ads and Noon Ads) and measure their effectiveness and return on investment.

Qualifications:

  1. 2–4 years of experience in managing or operating e-commerce stores.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  3. Strong Arabic writing and editing skills with professional English proficiency for product content and descriptions.
  4. (Preferred but not required) Experience in running advertising campaigns within e-commerce platforms.
