Role: Senior Backend Developer - , Django, or .NET Core.

DESCRIPTION As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable server-side applications and APIs that power modern web and mobile platforms. This position requires advanced proficiency in backend frameworks, API design, database architecture, and system integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and high-performance backend solutions, while providing technical leadership within the development team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services, APIs, and data models.


•

Lead the architecture and implementation of server-side components, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.


•

Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to enable seamless integration and optimal performance.


•

Optimize application performance and database queries for high-load environments.


•

Ensure backend services are compliant with security standards, applying best practices in authentication, authorization, and data protection.


•

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to uphold coding standards and quality.


•

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across staging and production environments.


•

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and API references.


•

Oversee backend deployment processes and participate in continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Mentor junior backend developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.


• 7+ years of experience in backend development.


• Proficiency in backend frameworks such as , Django, or .NET Core.


• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.


• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL,

MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.


• Expertise in building scalable and distributed systems.


• Solid understanding of software security principles and authentication protocols

(OAuth, JWT).


• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (e.g., Docker,

Kubernetes).


• Strong knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.


• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, with strong communication

and collaboration skills.
