Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging potential clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Responsibilities include presenting and promoting Nugttah's solutions to businesses, understanding client needs to offer tailored recommendations, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions and providing ongoing updates on market trends and competitors.

Qualifications

  • Proven proficiency in sales strategies, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Strong business development, market research, and lead generation abilities
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of customer retention strategies, loyalty programs, and data-driven decision-making
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools, along with the ability to analyze sales metrics
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English is strongly preferred
  • Experience in the SaaS, technology, or customer-centric industries is a plus
