We are seeking, on behalf of one of our clients, for an experienced and driven Sales Lead with a strong background in co-working spaces or shared office solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to generate and convert high-quality leads. This role requires a confident, proactive individual who can build strong client relationships and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads within the co-working/shared office space sector.
  • Conduct sales presentations, tours, and consultations for prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to support promotions, events, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of proven sales experience
    in co-working spaces or shared offices.
  • Strong
    lead generation
    and
    prospecting
    skills with the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Excellent
    interpersonal and communication skills
    with a client-focused mindset.
  • Fluent in
    English & Arabic
    (spoken and written).
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
