Position Summary

Orbital EOS is seeking a 
Project Manager
 to oversee the execution and growth of our satellite-based environmental monitoring services in 
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects related to 
oil spill detection, water quality monitoring
, and other environmental intelligence applications.

This role blends 
technical understanding, client engagement, and business development
 within an international context, requiring both operational precision and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the 
    main operational point of contact
     between Orbital EOS and local stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
  • Manage the 
    implementation, monitoring, and reporting
     of satellite environmental monitoring services, guaranteeing performance and quality standards.
  • Provide 
    technical assessments and insights
     to support continuous improvement and alignment with client needs.
  • Contribute to 
    regional business development efforts
    , identifying opportunities to expand Orbital EOS's presence in the environmental intelligence market.
  • Coordinate with Orbital's internal technical, operations, and commercial teams to ensure full alignment and effective execution.
  • Oversee 
    project performance tracking and financial reporting
    , ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule.

Candidate Profile

Education & Background

  • University degree in 
    Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Remote Sensing, or a related technical field
     (background in geospatial technologies is a strong plus).
  • Minimum 
    5 years of experience
     in 
    project management
    , preferably in environmental monitoring, geospatial analytics, or technology services.
  • Proven ability to operate in 
    multicultural and international environments
    .

    Earth Observation, GIS, or environmental data analytics
     is desirable.

Contract & Conditions

  • Location:
     Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (on-site at client facilities).
  • Employment Type:
     Full-time position
  • Reporting:
     Directly to the 
    Board of Directors of Orbital EOS
    .
  • Annual Compensation:
     Approximately 
    €50,000 gross
     (or equivalent, based on contract type and experience).
