Job Description:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store to ensure smooth functioning, high customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets. This role includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring visual merchandising standards, and handling administrative and financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and product ordering.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor and manage store expenses, cash handling, and daily reconciliation.
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and compliance standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail or store management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.

مدير المتجر مسؤول عن إدارة العمليات اليومية للمتجر، وضمان سير العمل بكفاءة، وتحقيق رضا العملاء، والوصول إلى الأهداف البيعية المحددة. يشمل الدور الإشراف على الموظفين، متابعة المخزون، الحفاظ على معايير العرض البصري، وإدارة المهام الإدارية والمالية.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- الإشراف على فريق العمل داخل المتجر، بما في ذلك جدولة الدوامات، التدريب، وتقييم الأداء.
- دفع الأداء البيعي وتحقيق الأهداف الشهرية والربع سنوية.
- ضمان تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة والتعامل مع الشكاوى بفعالية.
- متابعة المخزون والطلبات وضمان توفر المنتجات.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم المتجر وتطبيق معايير العرض البصري.
- إدارة المصاريف النقدية، والمحاسبة اليومية، والتسويات المالية.
- التأكد من الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإجراءات السلامة والامتثال.
- إعداد تقارير تشغيلية يومية وأسبوعية وشهرية.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة سابقة مثبتة في مجال إدارة المتاجر أو البيع بالتجزئة.
- مهارات قيادية وتواصل قوية وقدرة على إدارة فرق العمل.
- مهارات تنظيمية وحل مشكلات عالية.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتعامل مع مهام متعددة.
- إجادة استخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع وبرامج الأوفيس.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة كحد أدنى؛ يفضل من لديه شهادة جامعية في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
