Hiring: Head of Sales/Director Solar- Renewable Industry | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We're looking for a seasoned sales leader to join a cutting-edge solar manufacturing company in
Jeddah, KSA
. This is a
senior-level role reporting directly to the CEO
, with full ownership of sales strategy, execution, and team leadership across high-tech solar and robotics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead market analysis and formulate strategic sales plans
  • Oversee contract evaluation, order execution, and revenue tracking
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams from bidding to delivery
  • Drive new project opportunities and ensure timely collections
  • Manage team performance, training, and project feedback loops

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical preferred); Master's a plus
  • 12–15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in overseas sales team management
  • Deep knowledge of PV industry and cleaning robot technologies
  • Proven track record in solar industry sales across
    KSA & UAE

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in office software and business evaluation frameworks
  • Experience in team management and product strategy
