Responsibilities
:

  • Manage day-to-day project accounting activities in accordance with the company's policies.
  • Handle the day-to-day transactions data entry on the system and ensure accuracy and timely entry.
  • Managing project's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting system.
  • Generating the project's financial reports using expenditure data.
  • Invoice third parties, payment of suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Analysis of employee's expenditure. Managing the expenditure accounts.
  • Handle the transfer of cash and checks from the company treasury.
  • Prepare cheques or make cash payments for approved expenditures or refunds.
  • Arrange and manage Petty cash.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 experience years in Finance, Accounting field.
  • Must be Saud
