We're Hiring: Sales Engineer

UTEC
: is a Market leader in Saudi Arabia in Power Solution: Producing Medium Power Oil Transformers, Dry Type Distribution Transformers, Unit, Package, Prefabricated and Mobile Substations, Medium Voltage Switchgear, Low Voltage Switchgears, All type of Panels and Modular Prefabricated Data Centers.

The Sales engineer is responsible for securing projects and business from existing and prospective customers. Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements. Plan and modify products to meet customer needs

What You'll Bring :

-Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region.

-Travelling to visit potential clients.

-Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.

-Meeting regular sales targets.

· Analyzing costs and sales.

· Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.

· Recommend improved materials and solution to customers.

· Help in developing new products, assess, and minimize the commercial exposure of the Business.

· Awareness of the company's manufacturing/purchasing strategy & manufacturing capability.

· Offering after-sales support services.

· Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

· Any Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related filed.

· With the same work Experience for 2-5 years

· Possess advanced level of knowledge of Sales in the same field.

Required Skills:

· Be able to demonstrate related work experience and a strong track record in similar role.

· Good understanding sub & superstructure construction works.

· Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.

· Comfortable working with targets.

· Knowledge of collection laws and regulations.

· Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
