Job Purpose

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales department by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team, customers, and other departments. This role is vital for maintaining an efficient workflow and achieving sales objectives within the automotive business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Prepare sales quotations, pro forma invoices, and customer order confirmations.
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and order status.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer information, and vehicle inventory.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Liaise with the logistics, finance, and registration departments to ensure timely vehicle delivery and documentation.
  • Support the sales team in processing payments, financing, and insurance documentation when required.
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the parts and service departments when needed.
  • Handle customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role (preferably in the automotive industry).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
