Maintenance Foreman

We are hiring Maintenance Foreman for leading Industrial Recycling company in Saudi Arabia.

1. Job Purpose - To direct and control the efficient and cost-effective provision of maintenance services

2. Principal Responsibilities & Accountabilities -

• Controls all maintenance activities in his designated branch for all recycling machines and mobile equipment.
• Ensures the timely ordering and delivery of spare parts and consumables for physical assets.
• Manages the branch maintenance team, ensuring efficiency, productivity, quality service, and adherence to safety.
• Accountable for the overall productivity of the branch maintenance team.
• Leads the technical diagnosis for all machines and equipment failures.
• Leads reports the root cause failure analysis for breakdowns.
• Schedule and ensure that all requirements for preventive maintenance are fulfilled.
• Communicates the preventive maintenance schedule to the concerned managers and supervisors at the branch.
• Controls the consumption of spare parts and consumables by the branch maintenance team.
• Provides Maintenance Department with all data and support for improving maintenance activities.
• Maintain all maintenance documentations and records accurately updated.
• Provides support for the professional development (including training) of direct reports.

3. Qualifications - Technical Institute

4. Experience - Minimum 10 years experience in maintenance, in a comparable sized operation, preferably in the GCC.

5. Skills -

• Excellent in hydraulics, and diesel engines, OR Excellent in electrical, and automation principles.
• Good knowledge of mechanical principles, theories, and processes
• Strong organizational and people management skills
• Fluent in English and preferably in Arabic
