Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales process, maintaining a high standard of customer service, conducting product or service training where applicable, and assisting with sales strategy development to drive growth and achieve business targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven expertise in Sales, including managing sales pipelines and closing deals
  • Experience in Sales Management and team collaboration
  • Ability to provide training and guidance to customers and team members
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in relevant CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Legal, or a related field preferred
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is advantageous
