Responsibilities
  • Prepare rolling 5-year outbound logistics plans and yearly business plans.
  • Analyze logistics solutions, prepare business cases, and identify potential issues.
  • Develop shipping capacity, estimate budgets, and finalize lifting plans.
  • Negotiate with ship-owners/brokers for chartering and tonnage exchanges.
  • Support the development and implementation of logistics procedures and policies.
  • Perform studies related to outbound logistics operations and market analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with Ma'aden's regulatory framework and maritime laws.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external customers for efficient deliveries.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of Supply Chain and/or Logistics experience in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record in handling Supply Chain operations and logistics activities.
  • Experience in large enterprises, preferably in mining or petrochemical industries.
  • Large team experience with multi-team and multi-project responsibilities.
  • High-energy strategic problem-solving skills with strong analytical abilities.
  • Competitive, result-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in PC applications.
