     1.Troubleshoots,inspects, repair, and maintains assigned aircraft and equipment. 2.Perform on the job training (OJT) for assigned trainees. 3. Documents all maintenance actions as prescribed by establishedprocedures. 4.Performs acceptance inspections on newly assigned aircraft and equipment. 5.Inspects assigned aircraft and equipment. (Aircraft Inspector/ QC) 6.    Orders and receives parts. 7. Perform specialty assignments, can be but not limited to, flight line,dock maintenance, AGE, special vehicle, maintenance, aircraft repair branchfunctions and intermediate maintenance fabrication shops. 8.Organizes and supervises the IM repair task and associated contractorpersonnel. Advises and controls shop workload flow and is responsible formaintenance procedures, practices, and performance. 9. Plans, projects, and implements IM requirements, associated spares, toolsand test equipment. 10.Identifies and resolves problem areas, recommends, and improvements inproductivity and provides full management, statistics and charts on the IM workand trains RSAF personnel on all aspects of the F -15 aircraft systems.Identifies component ranges suitable for inclusion in offset program anddeveloping the in -Kingdom capability. Requirements1. Seven (7) yearsof experience in F -15 component, accessories and systems of which at least two(2) years must be at the supervisory level.2. Qualificationas an F -15 Systems Maintenance Specialist is mandatory.3. Experience atcoordinating Intermediate Maintenance (IM) shop functions and managingcomponent shop is mandatory.4. In addition tothe qualification requirements of Maintenance Flight Superintendent, theAircraft Maintenance Specialist – AFSC requires two (2) years atthe nine -skill level.
