Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Division Manager located in the Riyadh Region. The Division Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate activities across different departments, and ensure alignment with the group's strategic objectives. Responsibilities include managing staff, setting performance goals, monitoring project progress, conducting market analysis, Additionally, the Division Manager will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in facilities management or operations supervision
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, executing, and monitoring project progress
  • English language is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate activities across various departments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
  • Relevant industry experience, particularly in cleaning services,
  • Valid driver license
