We are seeking a dynamic
Director – Sales (Residential)
to lead the strategy and performance of the residential sales division. This role is central to shaping the company's vision of a world-class lifestyle destination, driving sales growth, customer engagement, and market excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute residential sales strategies.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and industry partners.
  • Leverage market insights to optimize sales performance.
  • Champion customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in residential real estate sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership/director role.
  • Proven success in launching and selling large-scale residential developments, master-planned communities, or luxury properties.
  • Demonstrated track record in strategic sales planning, pricing, and revenue growth.
  • Experience in GCC property markets, with deep understanding of buyer behavior, regulatory frameworks, and cultural dynamics.
