Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Baker (صانع حلويات) located in Al Madinah. The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of desserts, and dough to meet quality and presentation standards. Daily responsibilities include handling food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and collaborating with the team to develop and perfect recipes. Maintaining consistency and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations will also be essential parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in bakery and baking techniques with a focus on quality and consistency
• Proficiency in food preparation, including cookies and bread making
• Ability to follow recipes while working effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure food safety and hygiene standards
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
