Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Specialist based in Jeddah. The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and administering IT systems, ensuring network security, resolving technical issues through troubleshooting, and supporting organizational operations. The role also involves collaborating with different teams and providing excellent customer support to maintain smooth IT services.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
  • Strong foundation in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in supporting on-site IT infrastructure and systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, and other relevant IT certifications are a plus
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for IT operations
