Role Objective :

To ensure security and surveillance systems are architecturally integrated within sensitive heritage, religious, judicial, and public urban environments while preserving aesthetics and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities :


• Review site architecture across:

  • Mosques, heritage buildings, courts, parks, roads, and plazas.


• Support Site Vulnerability Assessment and Conceptual Design by identifying architectural constraints and risks.


• Develop architectural layouts for:

  • CCTV camera placements, Control rooms, Security rooms and guard facilities

  • Equipment concealment and aesthetics


• Ensure surveillance designs respect:

  • Heritage character

  • Urban design guidelines

  • Public accessibility and safety


• Coordinate with RCRC architectural regulations and approvals.


• Support FEED and Detailed Design documentation.


• Review shop drawings and authority submissions.


• Ensure compatibility between architectural, electrical, and mechanical designs

Qualification & Experience :


• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture.


• Minimum 7–10 years experience in public, heritage, or institutional projects.


• Experience integrating security systems in historical or sensitive environments.


• Strong coordination skills with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.


• Familiarity with Saudi planning and architectural regulations


• Knowledge of Saudi codes and authority approval processes is a must.
