Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Al Khobar for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The role involves responsibilities such as preparing cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for construction projects across various domains like civil, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost control and cost reporting, effectively manage project budgets, and ensure alignment with contractual obligations. Collaboration with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
  • Proficiency in preparing BOQ and Cost Reporting for diverse construction projects
  • Strong command of project budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management
  • In-depth knowledge of construction industry standards and contracts management practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS or equivalent certification) is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in complex project environments
