We are looking for talent to join our Warehouse Operations in Riyadh, KSA.

Position : Fulfilment Associate

Working hours : Not less than 48 per week

Available to start immediately or on short notice

  • Process inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.
  • Coordinate order processing workflows to meet daily SLA and cut-off times for last-mile delivery.
  • Ensure real-time update of order status in WMS / OMS systems.
  • Manage daily order queues, prioritizing urgent and same-day shipments.
  • Monitor picking and packing quality to minimize errors, damages, and returns.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth last-mile readiness.
  • Communicate operational delays, shortages, or fulfilment constraints in a timely manner.
  • Prepare & submit daily fulfilment reports
  • Conduct regular cycle counts, verify stock accuracy, and report discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper labelling, shelving, and storage of goods following warehouse standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related).
  • 2–4 years' experience in fulfilment, warehouse, or last-mile delivery operations.
  • Proficiency in IT skills (Excel, email, reports, software)
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, coordination & multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼5, ﷼6,000.00 per month
