Wireline Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:
Supervise answering all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
Advise performing cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options.
Manage to maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.
Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
Direct to track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
Lead conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Build and maintain customer relationships to identify new business opportunities for Wireline Business
Address and resolve disputes with key customers to ensure retention of Wireline market share and increase profitability.
Provide consultation and advice to Wireline Business customers to identify relevant solutions and position APC favorably.
Participate in Business' budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process
Ensure effective utilization of the Sales' budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.
Investigate and propose implementing strategies that result in positive financial impact for APC and mitigates financial and operational risks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
6 years of experience in Wireline operations.
Previous Customer Relationship Management experience is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
