Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh for a Barista, Waiter, and Supervisor role. The selected candidate will prepare a variety of coffee and beverages, provide friendly and attentive table service, and supervise team operations to ensure excellent service standards. Responsibilities will include taking and fulfilling orders, maintaining cleanliness, and providing top-notch customer service. The supervisor role will additionally oversee the team, manage daily operations, and address guest feedback effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in barista skills, including knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
  • Experience in customer service and maintaining positive guest interactions
  • Knowledge of food preparation and food safety practices
  • Team management experience for supervisory roles
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure
  • Candidate shoul have a valid and transferable iqama
