Work you'll do

The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients' competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, one must perform the following activities within the firm:

SAP MDM-VC Consultant Professional should have:

SAP MDM Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP Master Data Management processes (Material Master, BOM, Routing, Customer, Vendor, and Product Hierarchies).
• Ensure data quality, governance, and standardization across SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, PLM).
• Manage data cleansing, migration, enrichment, and validation activities during rollouts and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain Master Data workflows, validation rules, and data governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify and resolve data issues, inconsistencies, and redundancies.
• Support and enhance MDM integration with external systems (PLM, CRM, MES, PIM, etc.).

SAP Variant Configuration (VC) Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to build and optimize SAP VC models (Classes, Characteristics, Dependencies, Constraints, Object Dependencies).
• Configure Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) / Classic VC as per system landscape.
• Develop and maintain configuration logic, rules, and variant tables.
• Troubleshoot configuration errors and ensure model stability and performance.
• Work with product engineering and manufacturing teams to translate product architecture into SAP VC models.
• Support integration of VC with SD, PP, PLM, and e-commerce/CPQ systems.
