We are partnering with a leading organization in the financial services sector to appoint a
General Manager
to oversee a large, multi-regional commercial function. This executive role requires a seasoned leader with strong B2B experience, financial acumen, and the ability to drive strategic and commercial performance at scale.

Role Overview

The General Manager will lead commercial B2B strategy, enterprise client relationships, financial performance, and a sizable team across multiple regions. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with finance, operations, marketing, and governance to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial and sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead and develop multi-regional commercial teams, ensuring structure, performance, and capability growth.
  • Oversee revenue targets, pipeline development, client renewals, and relationship management with major corporate clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with finance on budgeting, pricing, credit policies, and portfolio performance monitoring.
  • Ensure proper governance of contracts, commercial policies, onboarding, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive business development efforts, identify market opportunities, and support product and value-proposition enhancements.
  • Leverage data, digital tools, and analytics to improve commercial efficiency and customer engagement.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of leadership experience
    in commercial or B2B environments within financial services, consultancy, e-commerce, or major national companies.
  • Strong track record in leading large teams and managing enterprise client portfolios.
  • Deep financial and business acumen, including budgeting, pricing, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in Arabic and English.
