Role Purpose:

To support the HIM team in scanning, organizing, and maintaining medical records accurately and securely in both paper and electronic formats.

Key Accountabilities:


• Scan and upload records into the electronic system.


• Check the quality and clarity of scanned documents.


• Organize and file records properly according to department procedures.


• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of all information.


• Support the HIM Manager and team with daily tasks.

Education & Qualifications:


•Bachelor's degree in health information management, Health Administration, or related field.


•Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) .

Skills:


• Attention to detail and accuracy.


• Good teamwork and communication skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office.
