About the role:

This position operates under the Customer Care Department and focuses on enhancing employee performance and improving service quality through continuous follow-up with staff and relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction and positive outcomes. It also ensures full adherence to internal policies and Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction in accordance with approved quality standards.

· Listen to customer feedback, analyze it, and provide appropriate recommendations for improvement.

· Document work procedures across various departments and submit recommendations for updates and enhancements.

· Enhance employee performance through workshops, and continuous follow-up.

· Ensure employees' compliance with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) policies, and verify their full readiness and understanding of procedures and products.

· Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, analyze the results, and provide actionable recommendations.

· Evaluate the quality of calls, digital channels, complaints, and reports.

· Monitor employee compliance with policies and operational procedures and ensure their readiness.

· Improve employee efficiency through training and ongoing follow-up.

· Prepare periodic quality reports and submit recommendations for process development and service improvement.

Qualifications
:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

· Minimum of
3 years of experience

· Experience in the
financial sector (financing)
and customer service is required

· Professional experience in preparing detailed and accurate reports.

· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.

· Ability to analyze data and prepare quality reports.
