The main role of Quantity surveyor is Auditing, verifying and preparing the monthly progress valuations and final accounts based on Schedule of Rates (SoR) / Manhours against approved cost estimates and Contract Terms and Conditions including site visits to carry out site verifications and measurements.

  • Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs.
  • Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts.
  • Coordination of work effort.
  • Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.
  • Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree in E&I or Equivalent Degree

Experience :

Minimum of 10 years' of experience out of which min 05 years worked in Aramco's Pipeline Projects under Engineering Department
