Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Marketer to promote real estate projects and properties, attract potential clients, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage property listings, and build strong relationships with clients to increase brand awareness and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote residential and commercial properties through online and offline marketing channels.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase property visibility.
  • Manage property listings on real estate platforms and social media channels.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Organize and participate in property exhibitions, site visits, and promotional events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate marketing or sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM systems and real estate portals.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time / Part-time (as required)
