Job Title: QC Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:

Responsible for performing quality control inspections, testing, and verification of electrical works in substation projects. Ensures all activities comply with SEC standards, project specifications, and quality procedures. Supports construction teams by identifying non-conformities and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections, testing, and verification of electrical works in
    substation projects

  • Review and ensure compliance with
    SEC standards
    , project drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain QC documentation, reports, ITPs, checklists, and inspection records.
  • Monitor subcontractor activities to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Identify non-conformities and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with construction, engineering, and QA/QC teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Participate in FAT/SAT, equipment inspections, and material verification.
  • Ensure all work follows safety policies and quality procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of total experience
    .
  • 4–5 years of experience in substation projects
    (mandatory).

Preference / Additional Criteria:

  • SEC-approved
    QC Electrical Engineer (highly preferred).
  • Locally available in Saudi Arabia
