Role Overview

We are seeking a 
Legal Intern
 to support corporate, regulatory, and documentation work as we onboard new co-founders, investors, and update our filings with regulators.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable preparing clean drafts, tracking documents, and supporting submission workflows.

You will assist in structuring, reviewing, and organizing agreements and filing materials—most are straightforward amendments and updates, but require precision, follow-up, and professional presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare draft documents and amendments for:
  • Shareholder changes
  • Co-founder onboarding
  • Investor agreements
  • Board resolutions
  • Corporate registry updates
  • Organize all files required for regulatory submissions (SAMA, MISA, CR updates, etc.).
  • Help maintain a clean, updated internal documentation system.
  • Coordinate with CEO and external legal advisors to gather requirements and finalize drafts.
  • Track submission timelines, required attachments, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in preparing bilingual (Arabic/English) summaries or forms when needed.
  • Ensure version control, correct signatures, and proper formatting before filing.
  • Prepare compliance checklists for regulatory submissions.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of corporate law, contracts, or regulatory processes (university-level acceptable).
  • High attention to detail — accuracy is essential.
  • Clear communication and ability to follow structured workflows.
  • Comfortable coordinating with legal advisors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with sensitive documents confidentially.
