About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer specializing in steel structure and metal building systems to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in steel fabrication, erection, and project-based sales, with proven experience managing clients in the construction and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and end users.
  • Identify new business opportunities for steel structure projects.
  • Prepare technical and commercial offers, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and estimation teams to finalize quotations.
  • Follow up on submitted offers and negotiate contracts.
  • Support project handover and coordinate with execution teams.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and market share objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales of steel structures, PEB, or metal buildings in KSA.
  • Strong understanding of project tendering and technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama preferred.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
