Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Officer based in the Riyadh Region. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, preparing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-efficient purchasing of goods and services. The role also involves evaluating procurement processes, analyzing data, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, and handling Purchase Orders
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and supplier relationship management
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess vendor performance and procurement data
- Knowledge of local and international supply chain and procurement practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in procurement-related software and tools is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
