Purchasing Representative

*Job Summary:*
The Purchasing Representative is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, supplies, and services necessary for company operations. This role ensures that purchases are cost-effective, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time to support organizational goals.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Make purchase of products or materials required from the direct manager
• Set a daily itinerary to complete the required tasks to avoid delays and getting into road crises
• Save supplier warehouse locations and contact numbers of delegates
• Follow up on delivery dates of orders and ensure supply on time
• Address any complaints or issues related to the purchased materials
• Make a record of cash purchasesand match them with the cash work order on a daily basis
• Keep accurate records of all purchase transactions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing within the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Saudi National
• Valid Saudi drivers licence
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, especially within Riyadh, for food products, packaging, cleaning supplies, and restaurant equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or restaurant POS systems).
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
