Construction Manager

Parsons are seeking an accomplished Construction Manager - Airfield to lead and oversee construction activities across all phases of a major airfield infrastructure project. The role requires strong leadership in managing contractors, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and schedule, and coordinating site execution of airside and landside works.
What You'll Be Doing;
- Manage day-to-day site construction activities across multiple work zones including runways, taxiways, aprons, terminals, and utility systems.
- Supervise contractor performance, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
- Monitor and enforce schedule adherence, productivity, and work sequencing.
- Work closely with QA/QC and HSE teams to enforce safety procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure all construction activities are executed in compliance with relevant codes, client requirements, and project controls.
- Participate in safety walks, quality inspections, and audits.
- Act as the primary interface between the client, consultants, and contractors on construction-related matters.
- Lead site coordination meetings, technical discussions, and resolution of field issues.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, logistics, and commissioning teams to ensure site readiness.
- Monitor physical progress, maintain site logs, and support tracking against baseline schedules.
- Provide regular reports on construction status, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Manage construction changes, NCRs, RFIs, and site instructions in collaboration with relevant teams.
