Role Description

Responsible for managing, supervising & overseeing the performance and profitability of a group of stores within a specific geographic area or within one format to achieve the sales target in these assigned stores

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.

Sets ambitious and achievable sales targets for each store within the area or within one format

2.

Implements the company's sales & marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability across all stores

3.
 
Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

4.

Motivates and coaches store managers/team leaders to achieve their sales goals.

5.

Oversees daily operations within the assigned stores, ensuring they meet company standards for efficiency, customer service, and inventory management

6.

Identifies operational challenges, giving feedback and implementing solutions to improve performance

7.

Ensures assigned stores adhere to all company policies and procedures.

8.

Provide ongoing coaching and support to store managers/team leaders, helping them to develop their leadership and management skills

9.

Facilitates training programs for store staff to enhance their knowledge and expertise.

10.

Works collaboratively with store managers/team leaders on staffing decisions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

11.

Ensures all stores under your area comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.

12.

Monitors and implements loss prevention measures to minimise shrinkage, supported by an action plan

13.

Regularly tracks and analyses key performance indicators (KPIs) for each store within the area

14.

Maintains clear and consistent communication with store managers, staff, and other departments within the organisation

15.

Collaborates with Retail Operations Head, COO, buyers, and merchandisers to align store operations with company-wide initiatives

16.
Applying the company policies and working for achieving its goals according to the ethics, rules & regulations.

17.
Performing any other task assigned by the direct manager related to the field of work.
