Your Impact:
  • Serve as the on-site focal point for DefineX delivery activities within ongoing banking projects,
  • Coordinate daily with client teams (testing, infrastructure, network, and security) to expedite resolution of blockers and dependencies,
  • Oversee delivery milestones and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards,
  • Facilitate clear and structured communication between DefineX offshore teams and client stakeholders to maintain progress visibility and issue traceability,
  • Support the Account Lead and Delivery Leads with reporting, risk tracking, and escalation management,
  • Promote disciplined execution through Agile delivery practices and effective use of JIRA and Confluence,
  • Oversee UAT readiness, environment planning, and release coordination to ensure end-to-end delivery quality,
  • Maintain awareness of local banking regulations and integration standards relevant to delivery operations,
  • Develop and sustain a working understanding of key banking processes and project domains to anticipate coordination needs and dependencies,
  • Foster productive working relationships with client stakeholders and other vendors to ensure smooth collaboration across all workstreams,
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to continuously improve delivery governance, communication flows, and process efficiency,
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying delivery-related opportunities for improvement or additional value creation.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields,
  • 5+ years of experience in delivery coordination or engagement support within banking or large-scale system integration environments,
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management,
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and standard project tracking tools,
  • Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and drive cross-functional collaboration,
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills,
  • Familiarity with multi-vendor delivery environments and regulatory constraints in the banking sector,
  • English fluency required; Arabic or Turkish is a plus.
