Role & responsibilities

Candidates must have 04+ years relevant experience, ideally from the QSR (Quick industry)

Qualification - University / institute graduate.

Is responsible for business results of own restaurant in terms of revenue and profits

achievement, customer attraction and satisfaction, operational excellence, and enhanced

people capability.

Maximize store profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales and managing

inventory and controlling variable costs.

  • is accountable for producing daily, weekly, and quarterly financial reports.
  • Ensure all cash handling procedures are performed in an accurate and consistent

manner, and in accordance with company policies and procedure.

  • Proper execution of new product launches within the restaurant in all sales channels

(dine-in, take out, home delivery, etc.)

Properly place food and non-food materials requisitions using stock management system

  • Abide to restaurant operating hours based on venue and legal requirements
  • Manage store P&L results and strive to achieve required financial objectives
  • Build robust partnerships and / or networks with key governmental and business bodies

or institutions.

Determine daily and weekly staffing needs according to business volume with a focus on

productivity aspects

  • Ensure that restaurant is well maintained, and adequately staffed
  • Periodically assess products performance and recommend new ways to improve current

performance, i.e., suggestive selling

  • Follow mechanisms and approaches to optimize the cost elements and maximize the

profit margins

Preferred candidate profile

  • CANDIDATES will have to work anywHEre in KSA.
  • CANDIDATES MUST BE HYGIENE AND PRESENTABLE
  • CANDIDATES MUST BE CLEAN SHAVEN & GROOMING POLICY ADHERENCE
  • CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE MINIMUM 03-08 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THEIR RESPECTIVE TRADE.
  • CANDIDATE SHOULD BE COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH.
  • CANDIDATE AGE SHOULD BE 22-38 YEARS OF AGE ONLY (STRICTLY).
  • 08 HOURS dUTY +1 HOUR BREAK.
  • CANDIDATES SHOULD BE PHYSICALLY FIT AND GOOD LOOKING.
