Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Optical Sales role located in Al Khobar / Al Hassa. The Optical Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting eyewear solutions, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product displays, managing inventory, and offering guidance on lens and frame options to meet customers' preferences and needs. Staff training and coordination may also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers effectively and provide exceptional service
• Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and upsell products
• Familiarity with Sales Management and Training to support the development of team members
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to ensuring smooth daily operations
• Knowledge of eyewear products and lens technology is a plus
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in sales is an advantage
