Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Engineer - (Associate) Saudi National to join our teamIn this role, you will join a professional engineering, construction, and cost management team that is involved in multiple projects in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD).  KAFD is a master plan development positioned to become Riyadh's new Central Business District that combines a real estate development of approximately 850,000 sqm of office space, 115,000 GLA of retail, 1,200 residential units, 5-star Hotels, and 600 hospitality keys. KAFD is set to be the main enabler of the KSA 2030 vision.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Conducting architectural studies.
  • Proficient in developing design solutions and preparing high-quality presentation drawings, rendering.
  • Developing design concepts and design criteria
  • Preparing related reports.
  • Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
  • Writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.
  • Interfaces with suppliers as required.
  • Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at the project site.
  • Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.
  • Provides the seal and signature of a professional architect when required by statute or contract.
  • Provides technical guidance to the Architectural Designer/Drafters working on the same project.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.
  • 0-2 years related field engineering experience or a broad general engineering background.
